Information handled by the service

When you use an account, the service receives an account identifier from its sign-in provider, Clerk. It can hold profile and onboarding details, commitments, boundaries, check-ins, approvals, activity records, and the photographs or videos and descriptions you submit.

When you connect an external service such as YouTube, the service can hold the connected channel identity and authorization needed for the features you use. YouTube refresh credentials are encrypted in the app database. Operational records may include the outcome of actions sent to connected services.

How information is used

Information is used to provide your account, store and display content, apply the app's current access and publication controls, keep an activity record, and carry out connected actions when the applicable feature permits them. A connected Google account is used to verify its YouTube channel and, if separately enabled and authorized, upload videos to that channel.

Public pages and shared links can be accessed by other people. Public material can be copied, indexed, or retained outside this service after it appears online.

Visibility and connected providers

Account areas require sign-in. Media visibility depends on the feature and the action taken: some uploads remain private drafts, while completing a clearly identified public Gallery upload or approving a separate release can make selected material public. Check the specific feature before submitting media.

Clerk provides sign-in, and Replit-hosted services hold application data and uploaded files. If you use a connected provider such as Google/YouTube, email, or a social network, the information needed for that action is also handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Connecting YouTube does not by itself publish a video.

Retention and your choices

There is no single retention period for every kind of record. Some publication commitments, approval histories, and related records have fixed terms or remain available for accountability; ordinary removal controls may not immediately remove protected material. Removing information here cannot retrieve copies held by viewers, search engines, or external providers.

Use the controls shown in your account to review available sharing and removal options. For questions about access, correction, removal, or a connected account, contact the address below. Revoking Google access in your Google Account stops future use of that grant; it does not automatically remove already published videos.
